All current Service Benefit Plan members living overseas who have an international address are eligible for Teladoc Global Care. Members with a U.S.-based address are not eligible.

Fill in the registration information along with your member ID number. Remember to validate your email address in your inbox.
Request to Speak with a Doctor
All doctors will speak English. Some doctors are also able to speak German, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.
On demand care when you need it
Teladoc Global Care offers convenient access to English-speaking doctors 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Get treatment for minor injuries, illnesses and non-emergency health issues such as:
- Cold and flu symptoms
- Sore throat
- Stomachache
- Bronchitis and respiratory infections
- Allergies
Two Ways to Request Care
There are two ways to connect with a doctor in your time zone using the app.
Request a consultation by phone.
80% of callbacks are less than two hours from when the request was made.
Request a consultation by video.
Appointments are available three hours from when the request was made.
Registered overseas members can also use the Teladoc Global Care App for General Health, Behavioral Health, Dermatology and Nutritional Counseling virtual visits when traveling in the United States.
