Daily Habits for a healthier you

No mission is more important than living your healthiest life. We know achieving your health and wellness goals can be hard to do on your own. But we’re here to tell you that your health is not a solo mission. 

 

That’s why there’s Daily Habits. It’s a program designed to provide easy-to-navigate guidance, support and resources with one aim: to help you set and achieve your goals.

 

With Daily Habits, you can set and manage goals, create a plan of care, track your progress and pursue healthy activities. 

 

Big efforts deserve valuable rewards

Here’s the best part. You can earn rewards when you complete up to three goals. As part of our Wellness Incentive Program, Basic Option and Standard Option members can earn rewards after they complete the Blue Health Assessment and achieve up to three Daily Habits goals.* You’ll receive $40 for each eligible goal completed, up to three, for $120 total.

 

Incentives

You can earn incentives by completing activities related to stress and depression, weight loss, exercise and nutrition. 

 

Manage conditions

You can also earn incentives by completing goals related to managing conditions, including asthma, heart disease (CAD), heart failure, hypertension and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

 

How to use your rewards

Any rewards earned will be loaded on to your MyBlue® Wellness Card. You can use these funds for qualified medical expenses, such as copays and prescriptions. You can also spend up to $150 annually at select Blue365® retailers for non-qualified medical expenses.

Getting started is simple. 

 

  • First, sign in to your MyBlue account
  • Next, take the Blue Health Assessment to get your personal action plan for a healthier you
  • Apply your personalized action plan to create goals to tackle using the Daily Habits program

 

 

*You must be the contract holder or spouse, 18 or older, on a Standard or Basic Option plan to earn these incentive rewards.
